Dr. Curtis is our Lead Clinical Trainer, as well as the Business Management Trainer. He works directly with dentists to effectively demonstrate how to significantly increase production on a daily, monthly, and yearly level. He is also a certified first aid and CPR/AED trainer through the American Heart Association.

Barbra works hand in hand with Dr. Curtis as a Business Management Trainer. She brings experience on both clinical and financial sides of the business, and has mastered both. She is fully prepared to hit the ground running to support you in reaching your goals.

Amanda brings an abundance of experience in regard to hiring and on-boarding new employees, as well as problem-solving daily staffing issues and schedule coordination. She will bring a toolbox of methods on how to provide benefits to your employees and how to handle tasks efficiently to ensure a smooth day-to-day experience.

Mary works alongside Dr. Curtis when it comes to the clinical training. She has been his assistant for 12 years and they have truly mastered the art of teamwork in dentistry. In addition to clinical training, Mary will train your team on how to stay within a budget when ordering office and dental supplies and will train how to prepare and maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and maintenance logs. Mary is also a certified first aid and CPR/AED trainer through the American Heart Association.
